The Mobile Vacuum Dust Pan, The Child Lock for the dust pan, The Reverse Flow Vac , and future ideas.

The video (above) is a demo that shows the functionality of the Mobile Vacuum Dust Pan prototype #1 & #2. The second half of this video is dedicated towards proving the ability that this dust pan will work under simulated poor suction.

This page is geared to promote the sales of all kinds of dust pans for Central Vacuum. Since I am a installer and a Vacuum Dealler, promoting dust pans can only increase sales for me and all vacuum dealers.

This is a product designed to compete with Built-in Dust-pans in homes that may not have had them put in during construction and would be costly to add later.

The design also makes it easy for the consumer to use since it hold itself to the floor. It also protects the home owner from creating any damage to their vacuum system, by having a protected entry point. It has lighting to make it easy for the consumer to see the dirt. Its a product designed to improve the life styles of the people all over the world that clean there homes with central vacuum. Every one cleans their home.

Here are a few reasons for dealers, retailers and other types of companies to put the Mobile Vacuum Dust Pan into their (or your) inventory:

1>.I personally have a top of the line machine and a high end power package, yet am still unsatisfied with the way the wand works. Many customers that I have conferred with also feel the same as I do, dispite the new floor attachments for the 30 ft wand.

2>.There has been a mass increase in hard wood in new home construction.

3>.Very few homes that have central vacuum in them, have enough built in vacpans to accommodate small household messes throughout the house.

4>.The final look of the product will be made more sleek and attractive, yet still maintain its functionality.

5>.This new product steps away from the traditional pan that picks up dirt, and uses a vacuum chamber instead of the pan.

6>.This product is the first to surpass certain physics to the problems associated with creating a mobile vacpan. All models before this have not been successful.

7>.The vacuum chamber also doubles as a direct input for dirt; like a short wand.

8>.The size of the vacuum chamber accommodates for homes that may not have great suction (their machine is not that powerful) making the product useful for anyone.

9>.The product also has a stick protection plate to prevent a home owner from vacuuming up sticks that may harm their vacuum system.

10>.This product is inexpensive in comparison to adding built in vacpans in pre-existing homes, making it the best choice and thus an easy sale

11>.With the housing market slower than normal, a realtor using a “Mobile Vacuum Dust Pan” in his sales pitch could improve his chances of selling a home.

12>.This revolutionary “Mobile Vacuum Dust Pan”, gives vacuum installers, dealers or other companies selling vacuum machines, great opportunity to increase sales.

13>.This market has not yet been tapped into, otherwise known as a “niche market”. $$$

14>.This product will have a version that illuminates (the white front plate design) found in my photo section. This will be LED lighting running from the low voltage, making it available for supervalve and standard inlets.

15>.This product is a GREEN product. It eliminates the need for disposable sweeping devices; the ones with the throw away pads. Other than dirt, nothing else goes into your garbage reducing the volume of waste at garbage dumps and the fuel getting it there.

Steitzer Contracting will be looking to sell this product, fully developed and packaged (market ready) to vacuum dealers and installers. Or it can be licensed to the larger companies to market it for themselves with their own logos.

Child Lock for dust pan (Patent Pending)

The actual product is not as shown, this is a rough draft picture of the Sweep Inlet Child Lock (Hands required) This is a cost effective solution to a problem never before solved. This is an inexpensive solution to avoiding the placement of duct tape on very expensive cabinets.

Locks the switch in the off position by grooved teeth that match up with the switches grooved teeth and clips in. There are stores everywhere in the world that have a section dedicated towards devices just like this, just for child locks. If this product was licensed by the manufacturer of the Original sweep inlet valve, it would be a great marketing campaign in theses store to educate the population on what a sweep inlets is and market their products on the packaging.( increase sales)

     Reverse Flow Vac (Patent Pending)

The latest invention (September 3, 2009) a 550 air watt vacuum the size of a roll of string. The prototype has been tested for its functionality and works amazingly.

This 550 air watt flow threw motor produces a good force (known as water lift) for unplugging a vacuum system from the inlets creating a reverse flow for central vacuum. (creating a negative pressure and not a possitive pressure is key to not blowing the pipe apart in the event someone had dry fit a part in the vacuum system )

This design is intended as a tool to create enough water lift for situations of a plugged central vacuum pipe. Its intention is to maximize power verses space with the least restrictions against the motor.

This vacuum is equiped with a possitve pressure connection( the exaust). Using its possitive pressure connection can have simular risks to using a plumbers snake, and is not the recomended use. Its all motor with a small dust chamber for hose storage or string storage, making it compact and easy to store.

Question? Would the air from possitive pressure just vent to the other inlets?

Yes, but only  if the plug was not at that inlet. If the plug was not at that inlet it would vent to all inlets that did not have a plug between them narrowing down where to unplug the system with a more serious problem. I say again this is not the recomended usage. The correct usage should result in a quick visit, making the vacuum repair man fast easy money, unplugging the system in only a few minutes.

This vacuum is specifically made for unplugging central vacuum systems and doubles as a string puller for conduits. Its size reflects the need to save space in a work vehicle and still has amazing power with its flow thru 550 air watt motor.

Its hose fits nicely inside the small dust chamber for easy storage. The hose is not necessary for pulling strings in conduits. The hose is specifically for unplugging vacuum systems, so if it is used as a string puller, the dust chamber can be used to store a roll of string. This means you can probably store the vac where you previously stored the string.

This is a prototype and not the final product. The Final product will be made more durable to last for a tradesmen and have labeling containing instructions on the exterior.

An additional product will be brought out for low voltage companies for this product. This will be a special tear open package consisting of product that attaches to the string  at the wire after the string has been pulled. The purpose of this is to coat the pipe and create easy movement of commonly used wires that snag. This is a resale item to every wire pulled to generate revenue. To simply walk in to a store or oder online Reverse Flow Vacuum String and Reverse Flow Vacuum Wire Assist, will make life easier and generate income for vacuum deallers. Time is money.

Never again will a Low voltage companies have the stress created by those cost effective sticky non braided wires. product will be a special device designed not to harm the wire.

This product is a geared to sell to vacuum installer for unplugging vacuum systems and pulling strings in there conduits if they have sold one with it.

This product is also geared to sell to low voltage and home theatre installers. It is useful as a replacement for their fish tapes that work so poorly.

This product is small, powerful, easy to store, and very effective at pulling a string threw a pipe when attached to a small plastic bag. Why struggle  with a fish tape?

Instructions on how to use the product will only come with its purchase, and will be on a sticker attached to the vacuum.

Always use a vacuum company to unplug you central vacuum system. If you damage your vacuum system it could be expensive to fix.

The picture above shows a roll of string with a plastic bag attached to it. This reverse flow vacuum can easily suck large items like this due to the water lift capabilities. This also makes a unique possibility to sell string that fits nicely into the chamber. This would be return sales for a vacuum company.

The picture above shows how the hose fits nicely into the top chamber.

The picture above shows how small the reverse flow vacuum is.

The picture above shows the attachment that makes it unique as a tool to unplug central vacuums.

Other Projects I am working on:

Child proof Dust pan, activated by the broom

I have developed a hands free, cost effective (mechanical, not remote controlled), child proof switch designed for a built in dust pan. I am still working out the details for the dust pan to stand up to patent scruwtiny. This is not an add on for dust pans but a actual dust pan.

(This switch could be modified to work with the 2 dust pan designs on the market today, at a manufacturing level. I have already thought threw design changes for each of these patented dust pans for a production cost of around $2 extra per unit. This could make each of these companies able to increase their profits in this area.)

I have also designed a child lock for the existing Original sweep inlet valve   (hands required).
